I stumbled upon the creations of Japanese designer, Yuko Kozuki of Mani SilverJewelry, in Ubud after cavorting with (and being accosted by) the monkeys of the Sacred Monkey Forest. Her enticing shop drew me in with its modern, delicate creations and then hooked me with each pieces superb craftsmanship. Her designs utilize the precise and detailedwork of the master silversmiths in the Balinese town of Celuk as well as the nimble and creative hands of Yuko's shop girls to put all the accents together. Each piece of jewelry she designs is truly special and a tribute to the blend ofartisan talent on the island.
